SHIPPING

Order processing takes about 3-5 days but generally much closer to 2-3.

We offer free shipping for all US orders! International orders are subject to a small shipping fee. As a general guideline, shipping takes approx: 7-12 days (generally close to 7). Please allow a little extra time for non-US orders.

After order, we send you an email with a tracking code for your package. After about 24-48 hours the tracking code you receive will begin showing details of your package delivery. Carriers are slow to update sometimes.

If you feel you are waiting too long for your delivery, send us a quick email (hey@tweetmugz.com) and we'll sort everything out!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all of our mugs are made to order specially for you, we're unable to accept returned mugs except in the case of those that are damaged/incorrect. If you receive a damaged/incorrect mug, take a photo and email us (hey@tweetmugz.com) and we'll get a replacement sent out ASAP.

If you entered the wrong address during ordering, make sure you email us straight away with the correct address and we'll update your order. If the item has already shipped, you may have to pay to have the item redelivered as our carriers charge for address changes.

If you'd like to cancel an order you just made, send an email to hey@tweetmugz.com right away with your name and order number and we'll do our best to cancel it. We can only do this if you contact us before manufacturing has begun.
